FAQs

  • Each bag is made custom to order. There are thousands of possibilities with different vehicle types, GFC versions, color combinations, and orientation options makes stocking near impossible.

  • New orders open up every couple months as we are ramping up production capacity. In the future we will be transitioning to a “waitlist” model with weekly updates.

  • All products are made in the USA, specifically San Diego California.

  • By fastening them to an available well nut! The top rail of your GFC will have a well nut that may line up with the Frame Bag attachment tab.

If a 3M Dual Lock pad lines up with the attachment point, you can gently peel it back and remove the stitches. Then the pad will come off.

Align the Frame Bag and cut a small hole in the top flap, then secure it to the GFC with a bolt and a washer! This provides the strongest attachment.

  • Yep, sure do!

  • Filstrand is our origin story.

It is comprised of two words “Fil” and “strand” with the first being a nod to the owners grandmother, Phyllis. We shortened Phyllis to Fil. The second is another word for beach, where we grew up and love to spend our days.

Phyllis, the “Fil” in Filstrand!
